The Heart

For over a decade I have been on a crusade to eat better and feel better.  It was with great reluctance in July of 2014 that I decided to go both Gluten and Dairy Free.  With all the positive changes I had made in my diet, nothing made the same impact as eliminating gluten and dairy and I have never looked back.  That being said, as a foodie and dessert lover I was devastated by the beautiful "looking" but bland desserts sold in local grocery stores and shops, it became my mission to make DELICIOUS Desserts but better for you than gluten options.  Ok, its not exactly health food, it is after all dessert, but I promise you it is definitely ... A Little Bit Better.
